Open Way Terms & Conditions Version 1.5 are the current authoritative lesson terms. While Dawid operates as an ELITE franchisee, applicable ELITE Terms apply alongside Open Way Terms and take precedence to the extent of a conflict or inconsistency.

Open Way Driving Academy is independently operated by Dawid, a self-employed DVSA Approved Driving Instructor and ELITE Driving School franchisee.
